2017 Shares & Work-trade Available!

Dearest Community,

Despite how it looks out the window today….. Spring is here!!  We’ve already planted a bunch of stuff in the greenhouse and as soon as the snow melts we’ll be planting out in the gardens too: )

We are hoping to share some of the season’s bounty with you!  We also hope to share some joyful time with you out in the gardens (and around the table.. around the fire, by the creek…etc etc)

Growing food for (and with) our friends and neighbors adds so much meaning and pleasure to the work we do.. thank you!

If you are interested in joining the CSA this season, please let us know!   A full share will cost $700 (~$30/week) and pick ups are Fri 5pm-Mon 5pm every week from June-early November.  This year we won’t be offering half shares, but you are welcome to find another household to share with or perhaps we can help you find one.  Again this season we’ll be offering work-trade options, so please inquire if you are interested in committing to work a few hours every week or every other week to reduce the cost of a share.   To maximize the community experience, all members are required to work 10 hours/season: )

If you CAN’T join the CSA for whatever reason, we are still very happy to host you during our community work hours and offering extra veggies as available.   More the merrier!   Tues, Weds & Fri 9-1 you are always welcome to drop-in and stay for lunch after.  We are also often here in the afternoons on Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun but text 570-762-2872 or email first because we may be out swimming or helping at a friends farm or who knows what!

Please pass this on to anyone you think may be interested, and when you get a chance let us know what your veggie plans are for this season.

      Much Love & Happy Spring,

Aileah & your Clove Valley family

Come visit my current farm, Clove Valley CSA, and let’s talk : )   Calling passionate & energetic people to co-create a multi-generational farm village in the Hudson Valley.

I’m envisioning a group of 3-6 owners/managers with our own homes, a number of cabins and outbuildings, a communal kitchen and event space, and of course lots of gardens! I can imagine forming multiple economically viable businesses with some autonomy, while collaborating on marketing, labor, infrastructure, overhead, and at least one joint enterprise.
