Clove Valley CSA

Come by for a community work-party this Saturday May 5th! We’ll be putting the finishing touches on our beautiful new cedar deer fence. We’ll also begin cleaning out the Big White Barn (a great potential community space), and perhaps creating new potato beds. All are welcome, many hands make light work!

Come by anytime 11-4, snacks provided.

Spring is quickly approaching & we’re getting exited for another season of abundance!

Clove Valley CSA is now accepting members for our 2012 season… please join us, share in the produce, and be a part of our farm community!

We are already working joyfully and lovingly to grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for YOU,  dear friends and neighbors. 

Membership includes:

•  24 weeks (June-mid Nov) of a wide variety of seasonal farm produce, enough to feed a family.
• Full access to U-pick gardens including herbs, flowers, cherry tomatoes, peas & beans.
• Full access to a uniquely magnificent piece of land right on the Mohonk preserve.
• Free participation in all workshops and events on the farm.

Other Details:

• Cost is $700, payment plans are available.  Inquire about sliding scale.
• Pickup on Wed 12-6 or Sat 9-6.. lots of flexibility!
• Our methods are no-till organic, regenerating soil and working in harmony with nature.

Dear Friends & Neighbors,
 
Many hands makes Light and Joyful work!  There’s lots to do before this farm sleeps for the winter…moving the chickens, planting garlic, spreading compost and mulch, taking down the tipis, etc.    And… we hope to bring people together on the farm one last time.   So…you are all invited to our last community work-party of the season, which will culminate in a sunset feast around the fire.  We’ll have a work session from noon-5, come by for any part of that.  Anyone who lends a hand will be served a Lovingly prepared meal.. so please RSVP so I know how much to make.   And if you can’t come earlier than 5..come by anyway (the more the merrier) and celebrate the end of season and full moon with us!

Join us for a community gathering on July 30th at 4PM.

Everyone is welcome!  Come enjoy this beautiful land, the gardens in full swing, and the company of friends and neighbors!

Bring a dish to share, your own plates and utensils, a picnic blanket, and perhaps a musical instrument.  Come anytime after 4 PM and stay into the night.. we’ll light a fire as the sun goes down.
